KHCS Mother Teresa on basis of its organizational vision aims to be active Civil Society factor at building an open society where human being values are cultivated and where freedom, justice peace and mutual trust are respected with tolerance. As active participant of civil society in Kosovo, during the 2010 Association has been part of NGO’ coalition “Democracy in Action” in monitoring the parliamentary elections held on 12/12/2010.

Mother Teresa as co founder of the coalition in 2007, for the third time took the generality to monitor elections in Kosovo I 2010 at parliamentary elections at several Municipalities ( Prishtine, Podujeve, Obiliq, and Fushë Kosove), the project had three key components: monitoring of pre-election campaign; The cost of the campaign by competing political parties and survey the election date has observed Mother Teresa 12/12/2010.MTS was responsible for monitoring at 107 polling stations with 602 observers (STO) engaged in the field along with 7 long-term observers (LTO), not forgetting the engagement at re-votes in Skenderaj, and Mitrovica in 2011.
